Periodontics

This evidence-based course will provide dental professionals with current information on various procedures/products related to providing NSPT. In addition, question and answer periods are provided for at the conclusion of each section of the live webinar.”

Course Objectives

At the completion of this course the participants should be able to:

  1. Explain the different levels of evidence.
  2. Explain the different components of Evidence-Based Decision Making (EBDM).
  3. Review the fundamentals of various adjunct procedures used during NSPT.
  4. Discuss the latest critically appraised research on each adjunct procedure.
  5. Critically analyze the efficacy and effectiveness of various adjunct procedures for NSPT.
  6. Synthesize the information and be able to create comprehensive treatment plans.
  7. Review the current guidelines related to adjunct procedures during NSPT.
